Kyle Ginter lives and works in Hopatcong, NJ, with Michael Gatcho Contracting as an Assistant Project Manager. He’s passionate about his career and he’s always looking for new ways to improve his skills as a leader.


He learned many of his core tenets of leadership from his two years with the United States Navy, and he looks fondly on that time of his life to this day. Mr. Ginter’s diverse experience also includes working in the rock and roll business with music crews and working at an airport. 

Away from work, he favors hands-on hobbies that allow him to learn, create, built and explore the world around him. One of Kyle Ginter’s favorite hobbies in Hopatcong, NJ, is volunteering as a Freemason. There, he can learn new skills and build things in a hands-on environment that benefits everyone involved. 



He’s also passionate about building models, working on carpentry projects, driving heavy machinery and putting together complex puzzles. This love of hands-on hobbies has also led him to earning many certifications; his latest pursuit is studying for his CDL.

Hopatcong, NJ's Kyle Ginter - A Love of Being on the Water

Kyle Ginter is a leadership and management professional based in Hopatcong, NJ. He currently works with Michael Gatcho Contracting as an Assistant Project Manager but, before he started his career, he served the United States Navy as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate Fuels, or ABF. Mr. Ginter fueled up the planes on the flight deck from his position and he loved spending his time on the water. This love of water dates back to his childhood, when he was learning to sail as a young member of the Hopatcong Yacht Club. Today, though he’s no longer with the Navy, he continues to enjoy spending time on the water by boating, swimming, or otherwise being active whenever he can. As am ambitious leader, Kyle Ginter keeps himself busy when he isn’t working. He can often be found exploring in and around Hopatcong, NJ, or leaving on a boating excursion with friends and family.
